Magari qualcuno si ricorda di un post del 17 aprile scorso dove avevo scritto che a breve ci sarebbe stato un evento importante.........anzi L'Evento più importante fino ad oggi da quando abbiamo iniziato questa folle avventura......sia per me che per il Birrificio L'Olmaia...........

"PHILADELPHIA BEER FESTIVAL"!!!!!!!

Mammamia........so emozionato come un cittino il primo giorno di scuola......e sai che me lo ricordo bene......il primo giorno di scuola..........

Quindi, ci siamo, mercoledì mattina partenza per NewYork........due giorni me li godo come ferie poi Lavorooooo!!!!! :))))

 Il 2 Giugno saremo al compleanno di "Eataly Birreria" e da quello che ho capito faremo anche na' cotta con mio Fratello "Palli" del Baladin, nell'impianto sul tetto di Eataly.......

Domenica mattina partenza per Philadelphia per il Festival, dove avremo tutte le Birre dell'Olmaia in bottiglia e "Karkadè" alla spina.........alla "Spina" per 2 motivi......;)

This is a rare opportunity to have an intimate class with 3 incredible Italian craft brewers: Teo Musseo of Baladin, Leonardo di Vincenzo of Del Borgo, and Moreno Ercolani of L'Olmaia. They all have incredible stories and come from a rich tradition of food and beverage. If you are unfamiliar or cautious of Italian beer - don't be! The Italians are doing some outstanding work! In fact, Teo Musseo is THE Italian craft beer pioneer and was barrel aging beer back in the early 1990's! You'll find the products of all these Italian brewers to be very unique, refined, and exceptional. They pull from local tradition as well as brewing techniques from other European countries and America. We will sample 8-10 beers in this class as well as be offering some light snacks (cheese, meat, etc).

Baladin and Del Borgo are involved with the famous Eataly project in NYC with Sam Calagione of Dogfish Head.
